"Impossible To Maintain Repairs"...
I needed to sell my home, although some consider it just a house but to me and my children and I it was our home. The struggles of a being a single mom made it impossible to maintain repairs and pay the taxes on our home. Everything seemed to be on a downhill spiral until Jim Sandford reached out to purchase my home! During the process, several child support title liens and other things came up and made it seem like it wasn't going to happen, but Jim continued to reassure me that it wasn't over yet. Jim was always so professional throughout the entire process. Which made me very comfortable. He would even show compassion to my situation that was very comforting especially in this world we live in today where compassion is lacking.
